Cancelations Policy

First session with Gippsland Adventure Therapy is a ‘taster’ and there is no obligation to continue the service.

Sessions cancelled with less than 2 business days’ notice will be charged at 100% of the program cost.

Sessions cancelled with less than 4 business days’ notice will be charged 50% of program cost

Sessions cancelled with more than 5 business days’ notice will not be charged.

Cancellation of respite camps – 10 business days’ notice will be charged at 100% of the program cost.

Cancellation of respite camps – 15 business days’ notice will be charged at 50% of the program cost.

Cancellation of respite camps – 20 business days’ notice will be charged at 20% of the program cost.

Cancellation of respite camps – 25 business days’ notice will be charged at will not be charged.
