Intro to Stand-up Paddle Boarding
Come along to an intro to SUP boarding at Blue Rock Lake. There will be two 3 hour sessions that are aimed at just giving it a go and having some fun with supporting and nurturing people. I'll teach you the basics of SUP boarding and we'll be staying close to shore so there's no pressure to be able to stand on your first go.

Max group size of 8 people
Suitable for people with a general level of mobility
Wetsuit, SUP board and paddle provided
No prior experience required
Guardians of minors are required to remain onsite for the duration of the activity
