Times have been tough. The pandemic has had us in and out of lockdowns and the lack of routine, social connection and stress of the unknown can take it's toll. 

 

During lockdowns I'm offering a phone service for parents that might like some assistance in ideas to create opportunities to engage with their children outside and have a break from the ever increasing screen time.
